Job Satisfaction as a Predictor of Wellbeing Among Secondary School Teachers

This research was conducted to study the association between job satisfaction and wellbeing of secondary school teachers from Gilgit, Pakistan. A total 167 (89 males 78 females) both private public schools were recruited for this study. survey by Spector administered participants along with World Health Organization (WHO) index. Results showed that teachers’ (pay, promotion, fringe benefits, contingent rewards, operating conditions, coworkers, nature work, communication) significantly positively related their wellbeing. Teachers have higher as compared schools. Stepwise regression analysis indicated after controlling sector level in terms communication independently predicted
